i dont know what to say honestly, maybe have some water, check your heart rate to see if that could be a cause, try to mannage any stress you could have with deep breathing, maybe see if you have any cuts or wounds on your leg, if so bandage or clean them properly, and if that doesn't work you could try calling an abulence or go to urgent care, these are my suggestions on the top of my head

If ur leg is purple u could have smth too tight around ur leg or hip, but the purple is from the air in ur blood kinda depleting

go to the hospital, one of your tendons snapped.
