Justbeen in my room tryingto avoideverything but i just think about it moe, My grades, My friend leaving, my lover just having problems i cant help him with, drama, people telling me that im lying about my SA. All of this is making my s3lfhar urges go throughthe roof, i want to get the blade so badly but i know cutting won't only affect me, it causes stressto othersworryingif i'll be okay- i hate stressingout myfriends andfamily. they're the reason why i am still hereand i hatewhen they're upset

i just came across your account and i can see you are a very, very, very talented person, people who say your SA is fake are wrong because i believe you're telling the truth. there are people who care about you and love you even if you don't realize it! you are loved by people no matter how much you think otherwise! if there's anything i can do to help let me know! i know this might not sound like the best advice but try doing something you like, even if it's a small thing like humming or cont-

whistling or even something like knitting or petting animals, its easier said then done but please try to be the happiest you can be! i know you're trying and i'll be rooting for you! i'm sorry about your family, familys are stressful and (personally) mine isnt really great. i really hope you feel happier and joyful even if its only for a day, i still hope it's there. it's alright to want to SH but remember the ones and things you love and please try not to!
