I thought I'd draw Pikachu with a Van Gogh Style and his hat on! I thought I'd just outline the bottom of the hat, so that it stood out more from the top part! I also Thought I'd do Pikachu's lower body a stronger yellow from the face so it would show his chin up more and his face.
