Also here are some tips one how i get my art style to look Like that ! ;3
1 faces
for the face the eyes are a "2000s anime style" but the rest of the face has extra things i add like a black lineart line for the nose bridge right inbetween the eyes aswell as tear ducts and thicker eybrows (i mena sometimes i do the stick thin eyebrows but most the time i stick to a actual kina eyebrow shape) and a small mouth usaully with this shape at the top :3
2 hair the hairs is suuuuper easy and fun for the hair i predominetly use the "lasso tool" its the most acurate time saving way to draw hair to get it close to that "2000s anime style" that has some what bold and spiky shading just start with a hair line and the crown or part of the hair then layer a dark base and a light highlight on top
3 in general coloring: i noticed with yours you like to stick to the outer partes of the color traingle where the colors are most saturated for me though i like to explore deep in the middle for mudder or muted colors neon being an extra/ bold statment lighting my shading is also very blended mixed with some hard edges for a stylized look!
and lastly 4 backrounds for backrounds i stick with "frutiger metro" and collage packrounds for this you can follow the cirlce tut on featured tuts aswell as trace lace or over layer a polka dot pattern to give it the collage feel even using the lasso tool for paint splatters :3 NOTE* dor the polka dots use transparent lock on ot then color with soft brush the colors that Almost blend with whats already on your painting the pick a bold neon color like teal green or blue and use your light dogde on your polka dots turn the opacity down and you have a really cool effect ;3 @Captain_64
