how can i stop/dont hurt myself when upset??.. i need tips the voices r getting louder when i want to do it and there loud :333 yes im fine i just have moments and i would like to learn how to control myself in these moments when alone

I may have a few tips that help me so
-There's the eyes, ears, nose, and touch, mouth thingy, basically, find 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you smell, 2 things you feel, and 1 thing you taste. It helps distract your mind
-Then if you have a favorite plush that comforts you, hug that or maybe like pet it(?), I usually carry around a small duck for my anxiety, sometimes just having the presence of something you like can calm you
-Draw, drawing can definitely distract you, maybe-

-Draw something silly, or imagine scenarios for your oc's and draw them out

im not a expert but i listen to music to stop the voices in my head! i hope that works but some stuff i'd also reccomend:
throwing a tiny stuffy across the room
making a fort
screaming into a thick pillow
hugging a favorite plushie
hugging someone you love
fidget toys
petting a animal
and thinking about someone who inspires you or keeps you going during the hard times!

ok so these were my strategies
1: drawing with red marker/pen on your arm
2: holding an ice cube in your hand
3: music (full blast)
4: do someones hair (for me its my sister but you can do anyone)
5: go on a beautiful trail and js walk (idk this rly calmed me down during episodes)
6: drawing
7: yoga? (idk either)
8: start a new show
9: hang out with siblings
10: watch the sunset/sunrise or the moon
11: start a new self care routine
12: learn smth new
13: try new a makeup look
