@SHICHI-39 First, your art isn't bad! Getting used to digital art takes a long time.
Second, Try to keep in mind where the biggest point of light is coming from. A good deal of your subject might be shaded if the light is from behind. Don't be afraid to make big shadows. If the light is from the side, try using shadow around joints, clothing wrinkles, etc. The side furthest from the light will have deeper shadows. If the light is in front, most shadows are faint at the center, but darker at-
-the edges. As for how I personally shade in the style of this painting, make an extra layer above your colors. Take a dark color, but not black, and use select fill to draw your shading. After fitting the shadows to the shape of your art, change how transparent the layer is to see how dark you want the shadows. After that, you might want to repeat to add deeper shadows to part of your work, or even use the same technique for adding highlights instead! I hope I can help, I've never been great-
@OracleofGelu Almost predictable. There's enough variety in your range of paintings and doodle, color tones, etc.. that we get little surprises now and then, but there is a little bit of signature there in some way I can't quite explain that's different from other artists I see here regularly.
There's maybe a handful of other artists I've met here who would have drawn something similar in style, but most of them aren't active here anymore.
@The_Adjudicator Thanks! :) I had lots of fun with this as well. It was really fun seeing everyone's different perspective on the general idea of a remix challenge.
