what is "Palacio"?
"Palacio" is a type of fae called "body-snatcher"
they usually trick vulnerable individuals into giving their body to them in exchange for something
They need those bodies since they have no physical form outside the ones they acquire, and therefore cannot produce their own energy.
"Palacio" is an outlier, he possesses an doll-like replica body and outsources his energy from other fae(through the execution of heretics in the bounty system)

Due to their odd choice of vessel, "Palacio" can freely modify his form and even transit between similar "bodies" made trough the same process as his most common one

Most "body-Snatcher's" were human once, forcefully turned by the "Eldest"
therefore their temperament can very greatly between the few existent ones.
though they might sound frightening, there are fewer than 100 ones currently in existence, so a chance of encountering one is very low.
