Okay so:

Jay has had top surgery and is on hrt! He doesn't want bottom surgery in the future. He's comfy using typically fem words to describe his body parts.

Tim hasn't had top or bottom surgery, he uses a sports/compression bra (just like me fr) and definitely wants both top and bottom surgery whenever he can afford it. He prefers male terms to describe his parts, efen though they are 'female'.
