It was super bright at the patio of the local pub - even in shade - therefore, I had to work in a little more saturation into my palette - just so that i could see my screen better.

Great job, do you always let people know when your painting them and show them your work afterwards?

The "coffee shop" ones are done stealthily and I didn't show them to the person.. All the others are done while right in front of me, usually moving, talking etc.. I don't ask my subjects to stop and pose, per se... Like this one above and all my Dad paintings too! My Dad, especially.. He likes to talk!
