@Yako-san i wondered this for AGES but my sister told me it means someone puts your drawing into the corner of their page and tries to do it in their own style.

@Yako-san Ok, it's not ditty? It's a dtiys (or a dtyis, can't remember, pretty sure it's the first one) and it's a sort of competition people do. They give something for peope to draw, usually an oc, and people draw it. The winner usually gets some sort of prize, like a drawing request or a certain amount of likes.
