Alright all start with the process you use for drawing i think you may be under working your sketch which means you should try to should try to put more effort Into your sketch it will help you improve your final drawing
next on the anatomy i would do a study of the shoulders and neck mucles/bone structure i think it would help you better understand stand how to pose waist up portraits some minor corrections on this peice would be • on here right arm at the perspect she is at you should be able to see alot of her armpit and side transitionaing into her back •i would also raise her eyes a smige so there farther from her jaw line •leveling her ears aswell one is slightly higher it looks like it started with her head pointing down but i think the hair is drawn as if here head is pointed straight forward which gives the whole face in apperance of just "being smooshed"
The last thing ill say is i recommend practice on drawing cloathes as her Sweater looks like its a little stretch out her sleeve on her left arm is both wider and longer at the end which is cute for the look but try to balance it by maybe making the other on the same but folded in on itself becouse it being pulled down by gravity but make sure she is holding on to the sleeve and make a peice sign that way you keep that cute cozy look ofc you can just have her let go of the sleeve and exapose her wrist and a smidge of her forarm
I think on the neck/shoulders you should focus on the clavis(or collor bone) the trapazius which is on the top of the shoulders its where the neck transitions into the shoulders and theeee (which this one is a long one) sternocleidomastoid which is where the neck transitions into the chest and both of those muscles connect to the clavis
