Nice! : ) I love the simplicity of their flag. Just a red dot on a white flag. If I recall correctly, the red dot represents the sun, since Japan is known as 'the land of the rising sun', as that is what they are to the Eastern shores of China.
Wouldn't that make China 'the land of the setting sun' to them?
