I feel a great honor to inspire other artists. : ) There were a number of great artists here before me who were an inspiration to me, and I'm glad to pass that torch to the next generation of talent in line.
You did a fantastic job with this. I love that you payed attention to al the little details, and gave this render so much texture.
As for my end, after a couple tries, I've got a composition that I'm pleased. I'll keep you informed on the progress. Just finished the sketch last night.

(Progress update)
I'm most of the way finished with my end of this art-trade. I'm currently working on the finer details and texture, then I'll finalize with highlights and shadows. Depending on how much free time I can find, I might have it finished before the end of the week, though I'll aim for Monday at the latest.

Before I finalize it, would you like me to add my signature in the painting? At this point there's just a handful of cosmetic details that I think would tie the final product together. I'm very pleased with how it's turned out, and I can't wait to share it with the Community.

Cool. I'm ready to call it finished, so I'll put my signature on a mostly blank layer where you may choose to keep/move/remove it, seeing as this is your character in the first place. You are welcome to do with the painting what you will.
