SO The toon handler found/made th ichor and made the toons the "Defective" ones where turned into twisteds and the toons tht where not "defective" are the toons thats are alive they can turn into twisteds if they are touched/harmed by the twisted dandy is working on the ichor and trying to turn the toons thats are twisteds back to normal but he turned himself twisted in the proses but he can control himself unlike the rest but its slowly making him insane
