Lucilia is a former Angel who used to watch over the mortal realm. Sometimes, she wished to descend and live there. One day, her wish came true... only not in the way she thought. She was suddenly demoted to the realm below and was forced to live the rest of her immortal life as Fallen, losing both her wings and an eye in the process. Only a feather and fragment of her halo remains.
