hmm....., actually i'm not sure if it's okay for non-japanese people to participate either...., dut i think you'll be talking to japanese people quite frequently, so if you don't like that, you might want to quit. however, it didn't say that only japanese people were allowed to participate, so maybe i should ask the origanizer "i'm not japanese, but is it okay for me to participate?"

i looked into it, and i think it says something like "we can't suppourt you with all the translations from the japanese side, so we can't guarantee that you'll enjoy it 100%, but if that's ok with you, let's create it together!!!" so think it's allowed to translate it yourself!!!! it's up to you whether you participate or not, but if you don't like it, you might want to stop(^w^;)....but anyway!!!! in the end, it's up to you to decide, so feel free to decide!!!!
