It seems Luigi doesn't practice the best gun safety here. He's got his finger on the trigger. Even if the safety is on, all it takes is for his finger to slip or tense slightly for something to (potentially) go wrong.

Yeah, it was something I was going to fix when I was currently working on this, but the motivation to continue left me.
I can see why it would of been a concern even if the trigger was on

Just to be clear, I was joking a bit with my comment, though gun safety is something that doesn't get a lot of attention.
And I didn't think about the medicare CEO situation in the description. Didn't quite put 2 and 2 together with that.
