Personally- I'd reccomend Bluesky.
Not only is the community pretty great on there, but small accounts- especially artists- get a lot of attention.
Deviantart, Tumblr, X, etc are the usual options, but honestly? They never felt as nice as Bluesky does. Plus DA and X have AI built in, not sure about tumblr though
