Perhaps you're asking: why would I make a simple redraw of a scene from Undertale, let alone one that's been done to death?

The answer is this: this was done for my blind girlfriend. Although she cannot see, she loves Undertale (the game was how we met, in fact) and wanted me to draw this part of the game, so I did so for her.

We played through the True Pacifist Route of the game on my Switch earlier and I made the smart decision of screen capturing this part so I could redraw it from the ground up. The result is this painting that you see here.
