alright !!
to fix the heal issue if you measured starting at her knee you can see her lower leg and calf on her left leg was tō short to fix i forshortened her thigh tilting it up like she was raising her leg and pointing her foot more towards the veiwer continue↓

i also used the pixel brush to make a grid and textured her tights and shaded the dress also some things were behind her dress and i think i erased them so my bad ;p
