Axolotl sent bill to earth and bill worked there for a lil. He hated everyone at first (Only soos and melody were there at first) But than summer came and ford and stan came back from the boat trip thingy and dipper and mabel came back to gravity falls for the summer. I can't promise a lasting cure for the challenges you are facing. At least not by the means I'm going to specify below, but the following has been proven to alleviate these symptoms.
Firstly though, I am going to bring up this one big caveat. The problem (not the root problem mind you) stems from believing happiness is somewhere else.
"If I were somewhere else, then I'd be happy"
"If I had some great thing, then I'd be happy"
"If I were dead, then I'd be happy"
And so on, so forth...

The root problem is more likely that one or more of your -very real needs- is not being met, and you are deprived.
I don't know if I can help you find the specific root problem, but you might in the meantime want to consider doing one or more of the following:
1. Spend more time with nature. Go on a walk, or a hike, smell the flowers, touch some grass, pet a cat, etc...
2. Spend time with people who lift you up. Get away from negative people.
3. Listen to good music.

4. Talk with people you trust. Having unstructured conversation about anything you like with trusted friends and family may help you meet your need to be loved and feel important.
5. Do a kind deed. Some researchers refer to the feeling you get from that as "the helpers high".
6. Get some exercise. It may be uncomfortable, but you feel better when you're in better health condition. Healthy diet goes along with that one.
7. Take a moment sometimes to reflect on your choices.

Unfortunately, the activities I've listed above are more 'temporary remedy' for the day-to-day, and likely won't have lasting change. The challenge is learning to link your self-worth on internal things that you can control. If your self-worth is dependant on circumstances you can't control, you will spiral downward whenever those things go wrong.
Depression/anxiety, etc.. is a different story however.
