i was recently SA by my ex and ive been put into therapy its not really helping and i haven't been taking my pills latley i was taken out of school i got my phone taken away for years- i cant see my close friends anymore and my mom is js being a bΙtch and wont listen to me and i have no motivation my SH has gotten worse idk what to do
