It's been a good while since I've drawn these two cuties, so there have been some slight changes to their designs in my style!
Scooter is a great Lookout Toon, but their trinket can prove useful for Extractors by increasing the Skill Check success! Their two skills are Scapecat (which can reveal the location of Twisteds) and Signal (which grants other Toons the same perk)! Like Vee, they aren't too fond of Dandy.
