Ok, so the first one is called candle breathing. basically, you put up all 10 of your fingers, then, take a deep breathing in, then as you breathe out, blow on the pinky finger. that finger goes down, like a candle flame being blown out. keep doing that until all 10 fingers are put down. :)

So recently, two of my friends have been making me uncomfortable lately. The first friend is saying very seχυαι things to me and threatening to do something to me. The second friend keeps telling me to kms, that my life isn't worth living so i should end it. It brought back PTSD memories I had from a long time ago where i almost kms so i tried to kms. i did a bunch of sh and told nobody. my life seems worthless and I want to end it. :broken_heart:
