@_-TeaCat-_ yeah u can ! so uhh, first- finish ur drawing, and make sure the drawing and the backgroud is on separate layers. Then, duplicate the drawing layer, the use the select move tool, and shrink it just a little bit, then turn down the opacity on the duplicated layer. And repeat that process till its as blurry as u want it to be ! doing it only once or twice should be enough tho lmao
