It basically means, a fictionkin person (like me) sometimes feels like a character they kin or relate to
(and for me, i think i'm mentally a axolotl :sparkles:)
But, there's shifts and that's when a fictionkin feels like the character they kin. (and same fictionkins have a lot of characters they kin)

Also! There's two types of shifts,
Physical: Where you feel like limbs of the character that the person kins
And mental: Where a fictionkin feels like they are a character, mentally like, they have a characters personalty!
