just dont do anything near a horse just be carefull

their bucks or hind hoove kicks can be powerful if theyre startled so id reccomend not going near any places with horses or easily spooked animals

@P4st3lTheAlgabralien you are exactly right. my horses go nuts at pretty much anything. nearly everyone in my family has been stepped on or kicked at some point :( also sometimes they'll bite.

im not exactly a horse expert but with the tempement of horses its best to keep young children or loud things away

@P4st3lTheAlgabralien well said, well said. in my opinion, there's two kinds of horse lovers. there's 'horse lovers' which are the more respectable, sensible kinds of equine enthusiasts, like most of my family. then there's the *shudders* 'horsey lovers'. these are the little kids, who are all abt mlp and unicorns and all that (not being mean to people who still like those, yk What i mean) they run up to horses, shout and nonsense, crowd around them, pet them in the wrong places, mess with

their manes and tails, etc. they don't know two bits abt horses, their parents are probably just as idiodic, and unfortunately the horse kind-of usually stomps or snorts or something, that really wasn't meant to hurt them or scare them, but was a way of showing stress. well the stupid little kids go crying to their parents, get coddled even tho they were the disrespectful ones, and end up either restarting the cycle, or háting horses forevermore. yeah.

personally i like horses but id never meet one irl except for if im browsing at the local stables in the summer since sometimes i get to go and watch people

@P4st3lTheAlgabralien I've always wanted to do volunteer work myself, (dog shelters, and stables like you might) but my mom just won't let me TwT. im sure you'd do great, tho :3

i love animals and i do research them alot ,,its like a hyperfix :3,,, except its been on animals for years so more like a special intrest tbh :sob:

if i ever vollunteer i kinda wanna do it at a pet show or shelter / barn stable! since i love training animals and overall just meeting animals
