I dont like myself very much, if it would just be a weird character or some like that but im always sick, the last time i left the house was 4.9.2022 (yeah 22) and if i say last left i mean last left, i dont mean i wasnt outside with friends but worked or bought groceries NO I WASNT OUTSIDE COMPLETELY NO NOTHING, I ruin every mood and i only shower every 2 weeks bc it gives me panicattacks, i cant eat, im the personification of fear and much much more

hey , dont be so hard on yourself! if u can only shower every 2 weeks , so what? things should go at your pace and your pace only. and , if u can , remind urself that ur proud of urself for doing the little things :heart:
