The best thing you can do to find your own style is to observe, to see how other artists you admire do it.
From what I see, your gallery is full of realistic style drawings. If there are any realism artists that you think are really good, I would recommend you to observe what methods they use for rendering their works.
It's a matter of keep trying, don't give up! If you keep at it, there will come a time when you will have found your own style without even realising it!
