@Gabriel_12 Theres a few different kinds of shifts
mental: thought patterns are more in line with their type: eg a cat therian may feel like rubbing up aginst stuff or other behaviors. you still talk and think like a human though
Phantom: feeling phantom physiques of your types like wings for birds or a tail for cats. its like phantom limbs in amputees.
theres mny types of shifts but those are the big two! I can explin more of you want. Not all therians get them though and thats okay!

i lowkey might be one but tbh idrk... because i sometimes feel and walk like a cat but i don't have many shifts.. other than one time i had phantom tail.. and one tim3 i went into a shift.. idk what that was ...so i might be a cat therian and a husky..
