Btw if it helps you can use layers whilst coloring to make it easier heres how to do it if you dont know how.
. press L , go on the little squarething with lines coming off it andpress add new layer .
. draw the dragon
. Add new layer
. colour it in
. Put the coloured layer undrneath the detailed / uncoloured layer.
