Hello there! I know I'm not Zyik, but I have answers to your questions.
1. Yes, there's a discord server for colors. I believe it's linked somewhere on the site, but just searching for colorslive on discord works too.
2. The possible WA is messaged usually through email or colors and asked to be WA, then is asked a series of questions if accepted. It's pretty much up to the devs on who to choose.
