i hate getting shots n im 20! but heres a bit of help
uh what i do is if u have someone w u like fam member, i have my aunt hold onto my hand n face a different way. once it pokes i giggle! stay looking away tho until they done! basically i laugh thru the pain.

i look away and just talk to the person with needle and just chat with her or him and tell tnem 10 things about u or something u want to do and its do just like that its works still when i get my bloods done weekly trust me it works @bumblebee54 u will be fine i am sceard of needles really badly to just dont wat ever u do dont look at the needle ok good luck xXxxxxx

my brother james will be 32 this year he was born in 1993 and i was born in 2001 i will be 24 my brother is famous but he dosnt want people asking him about us my brother is very close with me ever since we lost our mum to a brain blood clot in her brain he sleeps with me every night to make sure i am ok all the time hisis the best brother ever are dad left us when i was little so he has looked after me all the time i love him for that x @bumblebee54

it was two needles and they didnt rlly hurt but i was so scared so my friends sang:flowers gleam and glow,let ur powers shine...... to me lol
