@therealaxel my mom told me my ********* told my mom to try to get me an autism diagnosis when i was abt 5, she recently told me this :skull: but she said she didnt want people to treat me differently and make fun of me for it, so she just avoided it

i have accommodations at school and shìt because im slow and a learning disability :skull: but maybe i should be happy, but i just always felt weird and different from the other kids in my class, and i never understood what was truly wrong with me until my mom told me that :sob:

@therealaxel and yeah i couldnt say certain stuff when i was younger and i needed help talking and getting my words out, she checks on me to this day like once a month i think :joy:

@The_Butcher yea i get that, im autistic asI and the ''why am i that different'' feeling is very common, but from my experience youre actually pretty smart and i'd never think you had any disorders
at least your mom had some-what good intentions though? still a bit weird of her to be in such denial of it
