i miss my long hair, it was at mid back :sob: i could braid it broooo :sob: WHYD I HAVE TO HAVE A BREAKDOWN :sob: (it was a while ago but my hairs still short) :pensive:
@Character-Login7 Just take some hair vitamin supplements and look up foods that are good for ur hair (Yogurt, Stake, And apples worked really well for me)
@Character-Login7 Yeah you don't need a bunch of products like Angel suggested thats the skincare kid route but you can also but eat foods good for ur hair and take one small pill a day and boom!! Rapunzal UwU
idk, i have curly hair, but things i've seen on titktok it was that u need to take care of ur hair, eat food w/ nutriens (the nutrients is for the hair) and wash it w/ very good shampoos :b
i had hair i didnt cut for 10yrs (it was unreal and stressful) it got nearly down to my thighs (im not tall) and i just usd good shampoo and conditioner :]
i havent used any products or anything but for me, it was mosly time. my hair was just above my shoulders now its half way down my back it took me four and a half years to grow out. i didnt get any haircuts, during that time, so that helped abit. i also heard if your hair hasnt grown in awile, just get the very ends trimmed. it makes your hair healthy again so it can continue to grow.
im currently still trying grow my hair a little bit more ^w^
be warned, long hair is quite harder to manige than short hair. rn, it takes me half an hour to brush it out fully. regular washing needed. mine is very curly so it notts easly too.
