Konra is quite devious and sarcastic. To defeat her enemies she mostly uses mind games or she creates illusions to confuse them.
"The twisted realm" is another illusion, where she keeps her most dangerous enemies and confronts them with their nightmares.
Those in her realm mostly want to k!ll Yin and Yang or "annoyed" her too much.
