Your. Art. Is. Not. Bad.
Second: Be patient. Practice. I know that you'll be told this a ton as an artist, but it really is true.
Third:
Your skills so far seem good, and I like your color choices. One thing I might say, try to keep consistent outlines if you are using them, it will help give a more unified look.

Oh, and when coloring, it may be easier to do so under the lines, rather than over.
