@EllaJumpyWay I love my bestie Ash but I hate how much he changed in the however many seasons they kept adding, he used to be cool but just turned kinda annoying and all the new seasons were so flavorless, this one I like just because its different and there's many different personalities portrayed throughout the series. My favorite will forever be Indigo League :revolving_hearts:

Gen 8, without a doubt, is the worst Pokémon generation (I can strongly admit this as someone who's grown up with most.) and any affiliation with it has also dampened the quality of show. Sun and Moon the anime... it's definitely different but gen 7 isn't bad. I'm glad now we're starting to see a recovery in the brand, starting with Legends and the new anime.

I haven't like really watched any of the series since XY but I agree . I would try to watch Sun / Moon and Journeys but I could never really get into them . Ash is so dull in the latter seasons ESPECIALLY Journeys . His character just seems so dumbed down like all he cares about is battling and winning . His traveling companions were also very one note and boring , I really did not like Goh .
I haven't watched any of Horizons , but that Nidothings very cute

@SaltineCracker You couldn't have worded it better tbh xD The older ones like Indigo League and Johto Journeys Ash is super silly and then the new ones he has like no brain and after Brock and Misty left all the other ones after were just annoying and kept getting worse, also his VA in the older ones was SO MUCH BETTER!!! Nothing compares to the older ones :pensive: The only character in this one ill complain about is really the one that has Fuecoco as his partner, he's a bit obnoxious but def nothing compared to any of Ashs buddies x0 This one just feels so fresh I guess is how you could put it? xD I miss team rocket though, they were awesome :broken_heart:
