like @_Greystripe_Grey_ said basically Mood swings, Change in behaviour, Change in way you eat (More or less normally u eat more but its possible to eat less) Blood, Feeling like you need to go to the bathroom more and there is watches that records ur period times and tells you when ur gonna start. My rating for it is 10/10 perfect. Might think about getting that. It helps.
for me, i tend to get emotionally stressed easily a few days before it actually happens, as well as quite tired. i also have trouble sleeping, and i tend to?? uhhh. poop a lot :sob: sometimes i also get hot flashes where i find myself sweating and overheated even in a normal or even cold room. i dont actually experience much cramping compared to most ppl, most people do get quite bad cramps but ur cramps can also be mild too. for me, i tend to feel it in my lower stomach, it can feel kind of like a stomachache. i usually also only get cramps when the bleeding actually starts
if ur cramping and it feels quite bad, u could try putting smth warm against the area it hurts, like a heated blanket or hot water bottle. ive never needed it, but my friend gets bad cramps n says it helps her feel better
hope this helps u too!! peri0ds can be a bit different for everyone, if u have someone irl u can ask abt it then thats a good thing to do
also!! for predicting when ur peri0d is actually coming, it can help longterm to write down the days it happens in and see if theres a pattern. my peri0d personally falls around the same timeframe every month, which is within the second or third week of the month. the estimate is usually gnna be a lil rough tho since it can vary quite a bit sometimes, so if u do write it down and ur peri0d comes early or late by a week or so then thats usually normal
- ALOT of discharge - Randomly getting very, and I mean VERY emotional or angry - Abdominal pain / cramping (lower stomach and it fedls like you're pregnant) - Bloating quite alot - Skin becoming rougher/ more blemishes - Hair down their
