i don't know about 20 bucks...
normally places charge abt 50 - 100 just to get it dyed, but it depends on where you go since diffrent places charge diffrent prices, also if you don't mind me asking, why are you running away?

when you leave make sure it's either early morning or late at night so no one can catch you, take your bag and fill it with food and meals in any containers / cans if you have some.
make sure to pack a blanket, change of clothes, hairbrush if you have one, under garments and pads, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.
make sure to wear gym / tennis shoes so that you don't get calouses from walking / riding your bike, also make sure to pack a 1st aid kit and don't bring anything (cont)

that you might not need or won't be important, if you have a phone then make sure theres no tracking apps on it (like life 360) and buy everything you might need when your gone, with cash. the police can track credit cards
