lol Star, in Japanese culture, a nose bleed usually happens [in anime or manga] when a person has a [p]erverted thought, and or see something that A) Arouses them B) they are strongly attracted to in a... um... physical manor? I guess... Like, a Girl sees a hawt guy, nose bleed. Guy see's hawt girl in bikini, Nosebleed.
I hope that makes sense.
