Oh, I see now. If you want to hear my opinion on something, feel free to tag me in it, and I'll let you know what I think.
As for how long I've been working on my art talents, I took art classes throught Jr High, and High school, and have been practicing digital art using ColorsLive for over 11 years now.
It may depend on how much practice/study you get done, but you could become a talented artist much faster than I did. Just keep at it.
And, I don't know Twarda well enough.
