Thats because I yoinked him from my old RF AU.

Red is a well known a respected scientist at SCP foundations, sometimes being called the SCP before SCPs- for the fact he was created into this cat like form before SCP was made. He dislikes children (obviously) and has a bond with actual SCPs due to his form, but he wont hesitate to pew pew them. :)
