Welcome to CORE: Afterlife! The primary storyline in the CORE universe.

CORE is a story I wrote as a kid, and have held onto all this time until now - having trained up more skills to get this story OUT!

Previously, I drew up a handful of comic-style pages of the story to be told in a visual way, but not only was it poorly suited for Colors, but I also started in part 2 because I was most excited about that part. However, I've come to my senses and changed things up! Get ready to read CORE: Afterlife from the very beginning, as intended, in a more storybook style - illustrations accompanied by the written story. I will release portions of the story in small sections alonside images that depict an important (up to 3 panels) elements of the writing!
I'm excited to have this story documented better, and this will be a big help for me to hone more skills!

Story Overview:
CORE: Afterlife follows a woman called Ossa who appears in a mysterious world after her untimely demise on Earth. Ossa finds herself in a heroic role that takes her on a journey facing an unknown enemy. Ossa must find a way to fight to protect not only her new home, but the entire system of life+death.

But it all begins

with a flash of light

and an explosion...
