@bumblebee54 It's about a young girl in a harsh world with a dream to become a hero. However those with power believe ones without their own could never fight or save the day. However she doesn't give up and manages her first step onto the path of herohood-by going to hero school! Although everything is not as it seems...

!! Yay, I hope! Veterans might tell me tha premise is generic (give me a break I'm not the best at descriptions), but it's... the relationships, that really build character. The heart and trials come naturally.

I'm not sure which and where that description is... But she gets her power on the second page. Not having powers is more of a grand scheme of things.

She had to grow up in that kind of environment and it's... rough. I actually really feel sorry for her but a lot don't.
