Ok, heres how i would see it: Its been a year* since the pine's summer in Gravity Falls and they have returned for a new summer to spend in the Falls. But a old foe makes his return, and somebody unexpected might be some one really close to him**.. New and old faces and townsfolk will make their returns and debuts in the town! So let a new adventure begin!
*I've seen alot of season 3 pitches being when the twins are adults, But i decided to make the twins 13. (Cont in comments) #RiolusJunkYard

Characters that will return and their series changes
Dipper: The hat Wendy gave his now has a blue pine tree sewn on it. He also has his custom Journal from ''Don't Dimension it.'' from Lost Legends.
McGucket: He now wears glasses and his son shows his eyes more often.

Mabel Pines: Now has a new scrap book to record new summer adventures. But shes still goofy as she was in the original series!
Stanly and Ford make their return to the Falls. They are mostly the same. Also, FOURTH JOURNAL.
Pacifica Northwest: Now wears the Lama sweater from Weirdmagedon 3: Take back the Falls and is less of a brat.
Wendy: Still work's at the Mystery Shack along with Melody. Wendy keeps The pine tree hat.

Tad Strange: Appears more often. Wears two lapel pins.
One being a piece of bread. The second one being a Blue square with a frong like eye
Wears a bowler hat.
Β¡ιι €¡ρπΓ: Statue now on a tree (Just like on Confusion Hill!) slowly cracking. When somebody shakes the staues hand, (I wonder who.. @DarkXWolf17) He will come back, But sporting his design in The Book of Bill (No prison jumpsuit)
