Jesus is the reason for the season. The true meaning of Christmas is the celebration of the Birth of Jesus Christ.
A couple Bible verses (if you would like to look them up) are: Isaiah 9:6 and John 3:16 I recommend listening to the Christmas song called "Mary, Did You Know". Another song that I recommend is called, "Come As You Are", by Pocket Full of Rocks. :)
