Btw, @Mewsea, I tried doing more accurate shading. Is it better? :)

Yes, I do see a bit of an improvement here!
Now, let's talk about values. All your colors right now are of the same (if not, very close to same) saturation, except for your shading. But realistically, this isn't how colors usually work. Try thinking about what colors are brighter and darker than others. Grusha has more of a pastel color scheme. Try using softer colors. Though, sometimes you can bend the rules, but I'll save that for another day.
