@4idre I kinda got lucky on the follower thing ngl, I've been here only for a few months :pensive:
But I'd have to reccomend drawing from a variety of fandoms and aiming to create fully rendered work in one account while keeping wips and doodles on a seperate alternate account. AND COLORS IF YOU USE YOUR COLORS WELL AND CREATE COLORFUL (Or very intersting!) BACKGROUNDS ITS LIKE AN AUTOMATIC FOLLOW FROM ME AND PROBS OTHERS.
And time+patience! Followers are just a number on a screen :]

I would say stuff about commenting and complimenting other peoples work but I don't even do that, you'll never see me comment on any posts (Scares the hell outa me) :sweat_smile:
