Passive 1:
Whenever a machine is complete, she gets a 10% speed boost. Max of 50%.
Passive 2:
When Lethal Shelly is on a floor, she gives a 'Clumsy II' dubuff, decreasing your skillcheck size by 50%.
Active:
Starting at default stealth, when she sees someone, her stealth increases by 15%, giving you a 'Blindness I' debuff.
SC - LOS
I had no idea how to redesign her cause she's perfect lol. I thought making her a tad bit more stealthy would add to her lore. SIGHH.
